Country restaurant with delicious food. Friday is fish and steak day. We opted for fish. It was not overly breaded, flaky and again delicious.

I am from Pilot Mountain, love going to Saddle Mountain Cafe. What can I say? I rather go here then eat it Mt Airy. For the price of a ribeye steak dinner, you can't beat it. Great quality steak the is juicy every bite. I don't use steak sauce eating it. Good and seasoned to my perfection. I also order there BBQ as well for church function. If you have a problem with there food, better check your taste buds out then.

Saddle Mountain is one of our family's favorite restaurants for the down home atmosphere, the excellent service, and the wonderful food. This is the best breakfast you'll find anywhere in this area! Love the people and the food -- a fantastic combination!

We love this place the waitresses serve very well, they are very friendly The place is very clean and homely. we traveled from charlotte nc to visit them without a doubt it is beautiful

Very awesome place to get really good home cooked food so check them out I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!! And I’ve made lots of new friends there and that’s the real cool thing to me
